Any person whose child or children attend WES or who is employed at WES is a member of the PTO and encouraged to participate at any level. Families are invited to join the PTO in showing our appreciation by sending in a note or small gift each day. Some ideas are listed below, along with note tags to print and color (you'll receive a printed copy in your child's backpack). Participation is optional, and you may choose to do any, all, or none of the days.

End of the Year Family Picnic
Saturday, May 18 3:00-5:00pm
Save the date for a pot-luck style picnic and outdoor games to celebrate a wonderful school year! More details to follow.

Yearbooks are $20 each and will be distributed at school in June.
Orders received after April 13 will be filled only if extra yearbooks are available.

We are welcoming our favorite magician back to Woodbrook for an in-person magic show this year! The show will be 1.5 hours long with a 15 minute intermission. Tickets are $5/person and space is limited. Purchase your tickets here!

PTO Bylaws
Online ordering is now available for Woodbrook Spiritwear! We have t-shirts, hoodies, bracelets, and a few car magnets. Pay with venmo or PayPal/credit card. Orders for items in stock will be available for pick-up during Family Dinner Night on Friday, 10/20 or sent home the following week with your child. Fill out the online order form here, or look for a paper copy in your child's backpack soon. Email woodybearpto@gmail.com with any questions.
